About Our Ministry
Our History
Calvary Gathering Ministry is a culmination of years of vision, preparation, and an on-going execution of God’s purpose in the life of believers who had encountered The Lord Jesus Christ at Calvary.

For so many years after receiving the call of God into the Pastoral Ministry, Rev. Ademola Sodeinde’s focus has been on preaching the Good News. He was one of the founders and preachers on rotation at “The Gathering”. He was to later pastor Calvary Longview United Methodist Church in Memphis.
When Calvary Longview Church closed at the end of June 2016, Pastor Sodeinde continued to hold regular Bible Studies for some of the members of the Church who would like to continue to fellowship together.
Calvary Gathering Ministry was given birth to. The call is expanded beyond preaching the Good News. Focus now is on living to declare the glory of God as a believer who is in relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ after the Calvary Gathering encounter.
Spiritual Community
We expect a community of people with sincere, genuine and continuous pursuit of the knowledge of God in an atmosphere of truth , love and openness to the Holy Spirit.
God is working in and with us individually as we continue to work out our salvation with respect for God. We are therefore open to the inspired Word of God which is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness so that we may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
We operate in an atmosphere of love; loving the Lord our God with all our hearts and with all our souls and with all our minds as well as loving our neighbor as ourselves.
